Occasionally customers add the wrong address at checkout. If you need to change the address please email us ASAP at email@example.com. We cannot guarantee the change, but we will do our absolute best. Unfortunately we cannot change the address after it has already been shipped.
Some customers have received a package delivered email before the package actually arrives at their house. Unfortunately this is some weird discrepancy with USPS. If your package does not arrive in the next day’s mail, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check out the situation ourselves.

All packages that ship USPS Priority include an insurance policy worth up to USD $50. ENAT is not responsible for damages that take place during shipping, including orders that are lost in transit. If you encounter a problem you can file a claim with USPS here.
