Occasionally customers add the wrong address at checkout. If you need to change the address please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee the change, but we will do our absolute best. Unfortunately we cannot change the address after it has already been shipped.
Some customers have received a package delivered email before the package actually arrives at their house. Unfortunately this is some weird discrepancy with USPS. If your package does not arrive in the next day’s mail, please let us know via email at email@example.com so we can check out the situation ourselves.
Though we try to give our customers the perfect product every time, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you’re less than satisfied with your order we want to know. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a shipping label to return the item and give you the option of a refund or store credit in the amount of your purchase.
All packages that ship USPS Priority include an insurance policy worth up to USD $50. ENAT is not responsible for damages that take place during shipping, including orders that are lost in transit. If you encounter a problem you can file a claim with USPS here.
