We send all ENAT packages via USPS Priority which can take 1-2 business days if shipped to the US or up to 10 business days if shipped internationally. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your package has shipped. It may take up to 2-3 days for a package to be packaged and shipped from our warehouse.
Occasionally customers add the wrong address at checkout. If you need to change the address please email us ASAP at hello@shopenat.com. We cannot guarantee the change, but we will do our absolute best. Unfortunately we cannot change the address after it has already been shipped.
Some customers have received a package delivered email before the package actually arrives at their house. Unfortunately this is some weird discrepancy with USPS. If your package does not arrive in the next day’s mail, please let us know via email at hello@shopenat.com so we can check out the situation ourselves.

If you'd prefer to just return the item, fill out a return request and we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on what to do next.
Here are the options for returns and exchanges:
- Return the item for store credit within 30 days and we offer you free return shipping.
- Return the item for a full refund within 30 days and we offer you a full refund minus $4.95 for return handling.
- Exchange the item for another productwithin 30 days and we offer you free return and reshipment minus a $4.95 handling fee.
Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped in 1-2 business days of being placed. Your purchase confirmation includes a link to a personal tracking site.
All packages that ship USPS Priority include an insurance policy worth up to USD $50. ENAT is not responsible for damages that take place during shipping, including orders that are lost in transit. If you encounter a problem you can file a claim with USPS here.
